It was a holiday time, and I couldn’t find room in any other resort. At last, I had to shift in a simple lodge and I was very disappointed to make members of my family down. When I contacted the customer support of makemytrip.com, no one responded when I was switched in the complaint section. I was full of anger, and blasted over when someone from the “new booking” section took my call.

I was informed that my investment would be reinstated, but think about my harassment, think about my parents who had so much of expectation from the trip. I knew that it might be of no use to file a suit, since it would take many years to hold the judgement. So, I choose to share my trip experience with make-my-trip. I just hope that this fraudulence company puts a stop to bullying customers being embarrassed with the reality that their behaviors are getting exposed.
